TeamViewer lets us see your computer screen.

We can only see your screen when we have your ID and password.

This lets you quickly show us what is going wrong.

How it works:

 1. Download the Teamviewer program by clicking the link below

 2. Run the downloaded program, you may need to call us on 07963 501826 at this point

 3. Tell us “Your ID” and then the password

 4. We can now see your screen!

We usually perform TeamViewer sessions on Windows and Mac computers!
